Prize Claim Instructions
To claim your prize at the event, visit the Prize Claim area in the main pavilion (near the rip tickets). Please be aware that EARLY BIRD CASH PRIZES must be claimed in person by 12:30PM and BUYER REWARD PRIZES must be claimed in person by 7:00PM on August 3, 2024 or those prizes will be forfeited. All prizes require the winner to show ID and the winning ticket.
If you are not in attendance and win a cash prize, it will be mailed to
you. If you do not receive it within 10
days, please contact treasurer@cvmfa.com. To claim your non-cash prize, Todd Shipe will
contact you via the phone number provided on the ticket stub. If you have
not been contacted regarding your non-cash prize within 72 hours of the
conclusion of the event, please contact Todd Shipe at (717) 386-1255 to make
arrangements to claim your prize. ALL WINNING NUMBERS OF
NON-CASH PRIZES MUST SIGN A CLAIM FORM BEFORE PRIZE(S) CAN BE COLLECTED.
